| MEMPHIS TIGERS FOOTBALL |
| There are 2 main problems with your current logo/helmet configuration: |
- A Blue "M" on a Blue Helmet provides virtually no contrast, which makes it really hard to read over distance, ESPECIALLY on TV.
- The orange of the Tiger provides a discongruous design element to the uniform; a little blob of orange in an otherwise Blue/Gray color scheme just doesn't look "right."
| What this REALLY means is that your current helmet doesn't look at strong as it could on TV. A dark letter on a dark background with non-school colors is visually weak and confusing, and prevents Memphis from creating a clear, easily identifiable visual identity. |
| The Solution? A return to the Silver/Grey Helmet that provides MUCH greater contrast, along with replacing the orange Bengal tiger with a white Siberian. These upgrades will create an unforgettable Memphis Tiger uniform worthy of the classic Blue and Gray. |

This is Old School meets New School, just like the city of Memphis.
(Think Raiders meet Titans.)
| Uitlizing the official "MEMPHIS" logo and this strong, traditional (yet modern) number font (very similar to this year's NFL Pro-Bowl jerseys), you can achieve CLEAR branding with a strong, uniformed, concise visual style. |
